Contact us

Email support@rallydate.app. Tell us the device you use (iPhone or Android), whether you signed in with Apple or Google, and what happened. We usually reply within two working days.

Report someone

The quickest way is in the app: tap ⋯ on their profile or long-press a message, then Report. Reporting also blocks them. For anything urgent, email support@rallydate.app with “Urgent” in the subject. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Sign-in problems

RallyDate uses Sign in with Apple or Google only. Use the same option you chose the first time; a different one creates a new account. If you hid your email with Apple, mention that when you write to us.
