Child Safety Standards
Last updated 29 October 2026
RallyDate is an 18+ dating app. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Our standards
- Adults only. Everyone must be 18 or older. Date of birth is required at sign up, and anyone under 18 cannot create an account.
- Prohibited content and behaviour. Any content that sexualises minors, any attempt to groom, contact or arrange to meet a minor, and any CSAM are strictly prohibited by our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- In-app reporting. Every profile, message and photo message has a Report option, including the reason “They may be under 18”. Reporting also blocks the account.
- Fast action. Accounts reported as underage are suspended automatically while our team reviews them. Confirmed CSAE leads to a permanent ban and removal of the content.
- Reporting to authorities. We report CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement, as required by law, and preserve the evidence they need.
- Photo review. Our team reviews verification selfies and checks reported photos. Photos of minors on their own are not allowed.
Contact for child safety
Our designated child safety contact can be reached at support@rallydate.app (subject: “Child safety”). We respond to child safety reports as a priority. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
