Community Guidelines
Last updated 29 October 2026
RallyDate works when everyone plays fair. These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages, photo messages and anything that happens when you meet.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Breaking these rules can get your content removed and your account suspended or permanently banned. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Be yourself
- Use your real first name and age, and recent photos where your face is clearly visible.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, and don't use photos of other people, celebrities or AI-generated faces.
- Be honest about what you're looking for. Beginners are welcome; nobody has to be elite.
Respect people
- No harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or unwanted sexual messages.
- No hate speech or attacks on anyone's race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or body.
- “No” and silence both mean no. If someone passes, blocks or unmatches, move on.
- Don't share someone else's private information or messages without their permission.
Keep it appropriate
- No nudity or sexually explicit content in photos or photo messages.
- No violence, gore, weapons used to threaten, or illegal drugs.
- Swimwear and sports kit are fine. Showing off your sport is the point.
Adults only
RallyDate is strictly 18+. Never post photos of children on their own, and never share anything that sexualises a minor. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.
No scams, no selling
- Never ask for money, gifts, crypto, bank details or passwords.
- No advertising, promotions, recruiting or links to sell anything.
- No spam, fake accounts or automated messages.
Meet safely
Meet somewhere public, tell a friend, and only do activities that suit both your levels. Read our dating safety tips.
What happens if someone breaks the rules
Report them from their profile, a message or a photo message. Reporting also blocks them. Our team reviews every report and may warn, remove content, suspend or permanently ban accounts. Serious cases, such as threats or anything involving a minor, may be reported to the police.
