Delete your account

You can delete your RallyDate account and its data at any time. It can't be undone.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open RallyDate and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings gear.
  3. Tap Delete account, read what gets deleted, and confirm.

You're signed out on every device and your profile disappears straight away.

No access to the app?

Email support@rallydate.app from the email address of the Apple or Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my RallyDate account”. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account and reply when it's done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, photos, sports and preferences
  • Your verification selfie
  • Your likes, matches, chats, photo messages and date ideas
  • Your push notification tokens and sign-in sessions

Deletion starts immediately and normally finishes within minutes; everything is erased within 30 days at most.

What we keep

Reports you made or that were made about you stay with our safety team, with your identity removed, so we can keep preventing abuse. We may keep limited records longer only where the law requires it.

Just need a break?

You can pause your profile instead in Profile → Settings → Pause my profile. You'll stop appearing in Discover and can come back any time.
